I had the chance to visit Adelaide favourite Sit Lo – read on for more!

What is it?
Sit Lo is an eatery offering patrons fresh, delicious light meals for lunch, dinner or supper.
The best way to categorise the food on offer at Sit Lo is an Asian-western fusion. They describe their flavours as bold – and they’re right.
A little more about the place…
Located on Bank Street, just off Hindley Street, Sit Lo is part of the rejuvenated West End precinct.
With a slick, modern decor and on-trend long table allowing for numerous small groups, it’s easy to see why this has proven a favourite among Adelaide diners.
What did I try?
Visiting for dinner, I opted to try a couple of items from the menu, namely the grilled chicken noodle bowl and a bao (steamed bun) featuring slow cooked pork belly with pickled cucumber, scallions and hoisin.
The bao, soft on the outside and with flavoursome fillings, was an absolute treat. The slider sized bun was the perfect size as an appetiser.
Meanwhile, the grilled chicken noodle bowl was equally as flavoursome, with the salad proving refreshing. The Vietnamese dressing also provided a light kick, adding to the overall taste of the dish.
Where is it?
Sit Lo is located at 30 Bank Street, Adelaide 5000.
